Platinum manages communities ranging in size from very small single family home developments to large master associations and everything in between.
We have an excellent team of Community Association Managers. Our philosophy is that an association manager may not effectively manage a portfolio of any more than eight (8) properties. In keeping the account loads smaller, our managers are able to work with the Board of Directors of our communities to develop a clear and concise agenda for guiding the community in the right direction. We work with the Board to assure that the needs of the community are being met on every level. Our software provides up to date information on architectural requests as well as violation correspondence tracking. These tools allow the Boards to carry out their fiduciary responsibility to the homeowners they serve and address the concerns of those in their communities.
Our accounting program provides our Board of Directors with the tools they need to make fiscal decisions for the community association they serve. We provide our accounting reports in a timely, efficient manner and welcome questions on the financials from our Board members. We are working with our current software provider to facilitate a program whereby all owners will be able to access their account histories on line, via password. We believe this service will be invaluable to our homeowners, especially those who are absentee owners or those who live outside the Florida area for any part of the year.
